Exploration of Standardization for Mass Sports Event Operations

Abstract： This paper systematically discusses thecritical roleof standardization inregulatingorganizational proceses for massports events，elevatingservice qualityensuring event safetyand promoting sustainabledevelopment.Study reveals that the promulgation and implementationof relevant national and sectoral standards provide organizers with preeventsafety assessment guidelines and standardizeoperational services.These measures notonly enhancesafety oversight standardsbutalsofulfllpublicdemandforparticipationandspectating.Furthermore，thispaperdelineateskeycomponentsof standardization frameworks，includingsafety assessment guidelines，event managementspecifications，andcompetitionules withparticipantdirectives.Italsoproposescoreimplementationstrategiessuchasintensifyingstandardsdissmination/training and establishing supervision/management mechanisms for standards enforcement.Adopting these strategies willefectively advance standardizationinitiatives，optimizeevent management eficiency，guarantee event safetyandqualityandultiately foster sustainable development of the national fitness initiative.
