Abstract：Withtheaccelerationofpopulationaging，thesocializationofelderlycareisanimportantmeasuretoensurethatthe elderlyarewellcaredfor.Asthemainmodelofsocialelderlycare，institutionalelderlycareshouldbeabletomeettheneeds of theelderlyintermsofservicesand management.This paperstudiestheestablishmentofaninstitutional elderlycareservice systemto provide supportforimproving institutional elderlycare servicesand management.Itmainly proposes theconstruction principles，constructionmethods，structure，design，andontentsoftheinstitutionalelderlycareservicestandardstem. Practiceshows thatit has a guiding role inthe constructionof the standardssystemof elderlycare institutions.

人口老龄化程度的加速，养老社会化是保证老有所养的重要手段和措施，机构养老成为社会养老的主要模式，也是国家大力支持的养老服务业的发展方向，通过养老服务机构为老年人提供必要的专业化养老服务，对提高老年人的生活质量，减轻家庭照顾负担，爱护和关怀老年人，让老年人享受晚年幸福，非常有意义。（剩余6954字）
