Standardization Path of Professional Development of College Teachers in the Context of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract：Underthebackgroundoftherapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligence，theprofessionaldevelopmentof college teachers hasbecome the keyto promote the modernizationof education.However，there are some problems in the profesional developmentofcolege teachers，suchasfixedteachingabilitystandards，biased evaluationofscientifc research ability，outdated discipline knowledge standards and fuzzy information literacy requirements. Based on this， this paper proposes strategies such as establishing an intelligent evaluation system for teaching ability，constructing a multipleevaluation mechanism forscientificresearchabilitydevelopingasubjectknowledge monitoringsystem，and formulating information literacy grading indicators，which aims to build a standardization path for the professional development of colege teachers under the backgroundofartificial inteligence.The research results are expected to provide references for other scholars.
