Impact of Standardized Nursing Based on FCC Model on Psychological Emotions and Quality ofLife of Burn Skin Graft Patients

Abstract：Objective：To explore the impact of standardized nursing basedontheFCC model on the psychological emotions and quality of lifeof burn skin graft patients，aiming to ensure the efectiveness of nursing implementation. Methods： During the period from January 202 to January 2025，90 burn skin graft patients received by Qilu Hospital of Shandong University were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number method.The 45 patients in the control group implemented routine nursing，and the 45 patients in theobservation group implemented standardized nursing basedon the FCC model.Results：The study found that the HAMD and HAMA scores were lower，the qualityof life scores were higher， the postoperative VAS scores were lower， the positive response scores were higher，and the negative scores were lower in the observation group，compared with thecontrol group. The resultswere significant fromastatistical perspective （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Overall， the adoption of standardized nursing based on the FCC model has a significant positive impact on the psychological emotions and quality of lifeofburn skin graft patients，which helps to relieve patients’negative emotions，relieves patients’pain， improves quality of life and positive coping ability，and has significant clinical application potential.
