Discussion on the Common Problems and Solutions of Ball Pressure Test

Abstract：Ball pressure test is an important method to test the heat resistanceof non-metalic materials of electrical and electronic products.Through theballpressure test，the softening temperature and material fluidityof the material when loading is determined，to verify whether itcan resist the damage caused by high temperature environment，so that the product mets the requirements of safe operation. Ball pressre test is a necessary means to strengthen safety and an important technical means in safety gauge test，and has important practical significance.By analyzing the testresults ofballpressure testand thecausesofdeviation，this paper summarizes thecommon problems during ball presure test，and puts forward solutions and precautions for the problems，which has guiding significance for ball pressure test.
