Study on the Effect of Cluster and Standardized Nursing on Patients with Refractory Wounds Caused by Fluid Leakage

Abstract：Objective：To analyze the effect of cluster and standardized nursing on patientswith refractory wounds caused by fluid leakage.Methods： From October 2022 to October 2024，80 patients with refractory wounds caused by fluid leakage in the Departmentof Intensive Care Medicine were selected.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and the observation group received cluster and standardized nursing.The nursing effectof the two groups Was observed.Results：There was no significant diference in pain degree between the groups before nursing （P>0.05） . After nursing， the pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） ， the healing time and dressing change times of the observation group were lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） ，and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group （97.50%） was higher than that of the control group 85.00% ） （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Cluster and standardized nursing can significantly promote the wound recoveryof patients with refractory wounds caused by fuid leakage，improve pain and discomfort， reduce the frequency of dressing changes，and have high patient satisfaction.
