Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofthe socialeconomy，theconceptofESGinformation disclosure has become the coreconceptofenterprise innovationmanagement.Under thebackgroundofESG information disclosure，enterprises witha standardized management system foundation （such as ISO series）canbuild digitalcarbonresilience management， whichcan not onlyimprove theacuracyofdatacollectionandenhancedataintegrityutalsoimprovethemanagementeffiencyofeteprises andenhancethetimelinessof theirinternalmanagement.Thisarticleconductsaspecificanalysisandexplorationonhowto promotetherealizationofdigitalcarbonresilienceconstructioninsuch enterprises，which is expected toprovide reference for enterprises toachieve modernand digital management goals basedon the backgroundofESG information disclosure.
