Analysis of the Effect of Noninvasive Ventilator Combined with Standardized Nursing on Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in ICU

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effect of noninvasive ventilatorcombined with standardized nursing on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU.Methods：76 patients with acute onset chronicobstructive pulmonary diseaseadmitedtotheICUof the First People's HospitalofLi County from May 2020 to 2023 were selected as the study objects，and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 38 cases ineach group.The control group was treated with noninvasive ventilator combined with routine nursing，andthe experimental group wastreated with noninvasive ventilatorcombined with standardized nursing.The psychological and emotional status and nursing service satisfaction of the two groups werecompared.Results： The psychological and emotional score of the experimental group was significantly better than thatof the control group （204 （P<0.05） . The satisfaction evaluation of nursing service in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Noninvasive ventilator combined with standardized nursing can effectively regulate the emotional state of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in ICU，and meet patients’expectations for nursing services，which is worthy of promotion.
