Exploration of Curriculum Standardization Construction Based on Post Competency in the Context of Digitalization -Taking Internal Medicine Nursing as an Example

Abstract：In the informationage，digitalization hasbecome an important driving force for the transformationof education.Inthefieldofnursing education，inthefaceof increasinglycomplexandchangeableclinical environment， training students’post competence has become the key to improve thequalityof nursing service.Taking medical nursing as an example，this paper analyzes the components of nursing post competency and the application of digitalization in education，and discusses how to effectivelyintegrate nursing post competency into the curriculum system to achieve curiculum standardization construction underthebackgroundof digitalization，providing new ideas and references for the curriculum reform of nursing profession.
