基于标准现状的食用菌全产业链标准体系研究

Research on the Edible Fungi Full Industrial Chain Standards System Based on the Current Status of Standards —A Case Study of Shandong Province

Abstract:Through retrievalandanalysis of currently efective national standards,sectoral standards,and local standards in Shandong province,this papersummarizes thecharacteristicsof existing edible fungi-related standards. It constructs a comprehensive standards system forthe entire industry chain of edible fungi in Shandong province, which comprises sub-systems including foundational standards,germplasm resources,cultivation practices,product processing,distribution management,and recreational applications.Folowing ananalysis of the technicalcontent within current standards,this paper identifies existing issues in standards development and implementation and provides suggestions for strengthening the standardization system construction across the entire edible fungi industry chain in Shandong province.

《国家标准化发展纲要》中,提出要“加快健全现代农业全产业链标准”,构建全要素、全链条、多层次的现代农业全产业链标准体系,是补齐农业标准供应短板、破解农业高质量发展技术难题的现实需要,是适应现代农业产业发展新需求、建设农业标准体系新格局的重要战略方向,是落实乡村振兴战略的重要举措
山东省是传统食用菌生产大省,通过持续提升产业规模化、标准化、集约化、专业化、机械化、智能化生产水平,产量、产值连续五年占全国产量、产值的 8%~12% ,培育了“邹城蘑菇”“菇鲜源”“食菌纪”等一系列有市场影响力的品牌。(剩余5918字)
