Abstract：Withthedeepeningofthegoverment'sdigitaltansformation，standardizationisplainganincreasinglyportant roleinenhancing theefficiencyof governmentafairsand promoting high-qualitydevelopment.Thisstudyfocusesonthe effectivenessevaluationofstandardization inthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofgovernmentafairs.Through thetop-leveldesign concept，it explores how tooptimize the standardizationconstructionand enhanceitsefectivenesinpractical application. This paper adopts the PDCA cycle and utility prism model to analyze the current implementation status of government standardizationanditsimpactonthe management of goverment afairs，pointsouttheexistingchallengesand problems inthe curent standardization work，and proposesanoptimizationpathof“four-spherecoordination”tolayacertain foundation for the high-quality development of government affairs.
