Impact of Standardized Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Health Behaviors in MHD Patients

Abstract：Objective：To investigate theeffectof standardized nursingcombinedwithpsychological interventionon treatment compliance and health behaviors in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis （MHD）. Methods： A total of 100 patients who received MHD treatment at Nanjing Luhe People's Hospital from January 202l to January 2024 were selected. Using arandom number table method，the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.Thecontrol group received routine nursing，while the observation group was given standardized nursing combined with psychologicalintervention.Before and after the intervention，the two groupswere assessed in terms of treatment compliance （such as regular dialysis，medication adherence，and dietarycontrol），health behavior scores，and anxietyand depresion scores （SASand SDS）.Results： After the intervention，the treatment compliance score of the observation group wassignificantly higher than thatof thecontrol group.The health behavior score of the observation group was significantly improved，and the SAS and SDS scores were significantly reduced. Conclusion： Standardized nursing combined with psychological intervention can efectively improve the treatment compliance in MHD patients and alleviate anxiety and depression，which is of great clinical significance.
