Research on Remote Alarm System for Cold Cabinet Temperature Anomaly Detection Based on Sensors

Abstract：Withthedevelopmentofcoldchainlogistics，accurate temperaturecontrolincoldcabinets directlyaffects the safetyof stored items.Traditional manual monitoring methods are inefcient and often fail to detect anomalies promptly. This paper presents a sensor-based remote alarm system for detecting cold cabinet temperature anomalies. Thesystem employsa …3+1，9 temperature sensor layout，combining static threshold judgment with dynamic trend analysis to accurately identify temperature abnormalities. Using dual communication modules （4G and WiFi）， the system ensures reliable data transmisson and implements a multi-level alarm mechanism based on fuzzy logic. Experimental results show that the system achieves a measurement accuracy of ，an average response time of 8 seconds，and a false alarm rate below 3% . It can significantly improve the intelligence level ofcold cabinet monitoring and reduce product losses.
