Abstract：With the increase in the number，scale，and field of testing institution，the phenomenon of inadequate qualifications，abilities，and supervisionand management hasbecome increasingly prominent.Thisarticleanalyzes therevisions of the Management Measures for Qualification Certification of Inspection and Testing Institutions， Management Measures for Capability Verifcationof Inspectionand Testing，Supervisionand Management Measures for Inspection and Testing Institutions，and summarizes the standardization development of inspection and testing institutions in qualification determination，capability verification，and supervision and management.
