Efficacy ofNifedipine Sustained-release Tablets Combined with Irbesartan inStandardized Treatmentof Type2 Diabetes with Hypertension

Abstract：Objective：Toobservethetherapeuticefectofnifedipinesustained-releasetabletscombinedwithirbesartan intype2diabetes patients with hypertension.Methods： A total of158 diabetic patients with hypertensionadmited to the First People's Hospital ofLixian County from May2020 to May 2023 wererandomly divided into the control group and the experimental group，with 79 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustainedrelease tablets，and theexperimental group was treated with nifedipine combined with irbesartan.Blood pressure， blood glucose and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results： The blood pressure of the experimental group was better than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Theblood glucose related indexesof the experimental group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Therewasno significant difference in adverse reactions between groups （P>0.05） . Conclusion：Nifedipine sustained-release tablets combined with irbesartan can be used for the treatmentof diabetic patients with hypertension，which can achieve positive control ofblood glucose and blood pressure in patients with high drug safety，and is worthy of promotion.
