Research on the Standardization Construction of the “Post-CourseCompetition-Certification" Integrated Education Model for Film and Television Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industrial Iteration

Abstract: This paper systematically explores the standardization logic of the “post-course-competition-certification" integratededucation modelinthecontextof deep integrationbetween digital economyandthe film-television industry. This model proactivelyaddresses industrydemand-drivenrequirements,vocational education reform imperatives,and student development needs.However,its implementation faces challenges such as curriculum content struggling to kep pace with technological updates,skillgaps in industry-education integration,competition-oriented approaches deviating fromindustrialfrontiers,insuficientcredibilityofcertificationsystems,anddual shortages infacultyand equipment resources.To overcome these obstacles,it is essntial to establish a unified standard framework through top-level design,create industry-characteristic platforms via resource integration,and refine evaluation-feedback mechanisms throughdynamicoptimization.Throughstandardizationconstruction,film-television vocationaleducation will achieve precise alignment among industrial chains,talentchains,educationalchains,and innovation chains, thereby providing talentsupportforthedigital transformationof the film-television industryandenabling Vocational education to better serve regional economic development and industrial upgrading.
