Exploration and Practice of Standards for the Development of a New Form Textbook for Nursing Professional Interpersonal Communication in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract:Thisarticleaddreses theproblemsofsinglecontent,lackofpracticalityandinsufficientstandardiationin existing nursing communication textbooks.Taking the course of Nursing Professonal Interpersonal Communication as an example,based on the systematized work process theory,a diverse and heterogeneous team is formed through deep integrationof industry and education.The textbook structure is reconstructed based on the concept of job course competition,and thetextbook content is writen withaction logic orientation.Combined with digital integration, innovative textbook forms aredeveloped,and educationand industrystandardrequirementsare integratedto explore the development of new forms of teaching materials for vocational nursing majors.This article focuses on the developmentbackground,overallideas,practicalprocess,ndcharacteristicsoftheconstructionpracticeofthenew formtextbook Nursing Professonal Interpersonal Communication,aiming to provide standardized references for the reform of nursing professional curriculum textbooks and asist in the overall promotion of higher vocational nursing education textbook reform.
