Abstract： The standardized application of the university mathematical knowledge system in the pricing and forecastingofvegetablecommoditiesrefers totheorganicintegrationoftheknowledgeofHigherMathematics，Linear Algebra，Probability Theoryand Mathematical Statisticsand its application in practical problems.This paper mainly analyzes the concrete embodiment of university mathematical knowledge system in the pricing and sales prediction of vegetable commodities，uses advanced mathematical knowledge to solve the extreme value problem，uses matrix theory knowledge inlinearalgebra toexpress thesolutionofcorrelationcoefcientmatrixand parameterestimation，anduses probabilitytheoryand mathematicalstatistics knowledge tostudy thecorrelationand testingof variables.Finally，it gives the daily replenishment amount ofeach vegetable category in the coming week by means ofregression modeland grayprediction model，inordertomaximize thebenefitofasupermarket，and the predictionresultsareconsistent with the actual situation.
