Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Critically Il Patients in Intensive Care Unit

Abstract：Objective：To investigate theefectof standardized nursing oncritical patients inintensivecareunit （ICU） Methods：74 criticallyillpatients admited to the First People's Hospital ofLixian County fromMay 2020to May2023 were randomly divided into thecontrol group and theexperimental group，with 37cases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing，and the experimental group received standardized nursing for the purpose of emotional regulation，safety prevention and improvement of nursing quality. The emotional state，adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results： The negative emotion scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） .The satisfaction of ICU nursing service in theexperimental group washigher than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Theincidenceofadversereactionsin the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The nursing effect of standardized nursingin ICU patients issignificant，which caneffectivelyregulate the emotional state of patients，reduce the risk of adverse reactions，and improve patients’ recognition of nursing services， which is worth promoting.
