Research on the Improvement Pathways of Domestic Services Supply Quality in Home-based Elderly Care in Zhaoqing

Abstract：Asa crucial sourceof service support inthe field of home-based elderly care，domestic services play a decisiverole inmitigating thesocialchallnges posed by population aging.To enhance the domestic services supply quality in Zhaoqing，the Delphi method is used to construct an evaluation model for domestic services suply quality. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process （FAHP）isapplied toobjectivelyquantifysupplyquality，while theobstacle degree model isutilized to identify keyconstraints.Theresults indicate thatthe supply quality of domestic services in Zhaoqing is moderate with relativelylow customer satisfaction， where professonal competency emerges as the key constraint. Consequently，measures such as refining training and evaluation standards system and expanding service offeringsare proposed，providing referencefordomestic serviceinstitutions in Zhaoqing toimprovesupplyqualityand effectiveness.
