Educational Ecology Perspective and Construction Strategies for the Evaluation Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education Teachers in Universities

Abstract:The evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education teachers inuniversities serves asan important guarantee tooptimizefacultyecologicalniches,driveeducational innovation,andcultivatevalue awareess. This paper examines the significance and current challnges of such mechanisms from an educational ecology perspective,and proposes construction strategies including establishing a multi-dimensional collaborative evaluation subject ecosystem,creating a multidimensional assessment criteria,buildinga dynamic data-driven evaluation model, and remolding value-oriented guidance systems for the evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education teachers in universities and advance the development of such teachers.
