Effect of Standardized Psychological Resilience Training Combined with Humanistic Care Nursing on Patients with Ovarian Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract：Objective：Toexploretheefectofstandardized psychologicalresilience trainingcombined withhumanistic care nursing on patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 80 patients with ovarian cancertreated with chemotherapy inLonghua Hospital Shanghai Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method，with 40 cases in each group.The control group took humanistic care nursing， andthe observation group took standardized psychologicalresilience training combined with humanisticcare nursing. The nursing efect of the two groups was compared. Results： The scores of self-rating Depression Scale （SDS），selfratingAnxiety Scale （SAS）and cancer-related fatigue in theobservationgroup were lower than those in the control group，but the satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The combination of standardized psychologicalresilience training and humanistic care can improve the adverse mood and nursing satisfaction of patients with ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy， which is worth promoting.
