Analysis of the Influence of Standardized Self-management Education on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract： Objective： To explore the effect of standardized self-management education on patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）.Methods： A total of 68 CHD patients admited to Argan Hospital of Qilihe District，Lanzhou City，Gansu Province fromOctober2023toOctober 2024 were selectedas researchobjects，andwere divided into the control group and theobservation group by random number table method，with 34 cases in each group.The control group received CHD routine nursing，and the observation group was supplemented with standardized self-management education. The self-management ability （HH-SESM score）and treatment compliance in the two groups were observed and compared.Results：After intervention， HH-SESM score and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Standardizedself-management educationintervention for CHD patients isconducive to improving patientsmanagementabilityand treatment compliancerate，and hasapositive impact on promoting patients' rehabilitation.
