Application of Aflatoxin Multimodal Sensing Technology in Food Safety Detection

Abstract: As a typical contaminant affecting the safety of many types of food, the identification of aflatoxin atlow concentrations in complex matrices has always been a difficulty in detection technology.Multimodal sensing systems have demonstrated unique advantages in enhancing the screening efciency of toxins and the adaptability of detection scenarios by integrating multi-source recognitionmechanisms and signal linkage strategies.This paper mainly introduces the principles ofrepresentativecomposite technologies suchas electrochemical-optical,magneticimmuno-photothermal,andfuorescence-colorimetric,andanalyzes thedeploymentofthese technologies inmultiseion and their practical application effects,which provide an important technological support for the dynamic regulation of food safety.
