Study on the Influence of Functional Food on the Nutritional Status of Adolescents

Abstract: Functional foods have atracted much atention in recent years, especially in the nutritional regulation ofadolescents. Adolescents are in a period ofrapid growth and development,andtheir nutritional needs are extremely special,andfunctional foodsarerichina varietyofactive ingredients,suchasvitamins,minerals,dietaryfberand probiotics, which can effectively improve the nutritional status of adolescents.This study analyzed the regulatory effctof functional foods on the physical fitnessimmune functionand metabolic function of adolescents,exploredits value in promoting growth and development, preventing malnutrition and improving overallhealth,and further put forward reasonable suggestions on the intake of functional foods to promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
