Analysis on the Application of Blockchain Traceability System in Cold Chain Food Quality and Safety Control

Abstract: Frequent cold chain food quality and safety issues have prompted an urgent upgrade of the information traceabilitysystem.Blockchain technology, with its characteristics of being tamper-proof and fully recorded,provides anew solution forcold chain food quality control.This article analyzes the main risk factors for cold chain food qualityand safety,explores the technical solution for building a traceability system based on blockchain,and focuses on the application strategies of uploading raw material information to the chain,uploading datainreal time during transportation,andtracking transaction links inthesales proces.On this basis,the keyrole of the blockchain traceability system inensuring thecontrolabilityof the entire cold chain food processand improving the qualityandsafetylevelis proposed,providing technicalsupportand practicalreferencefor thedigitaland intellient transformation of the cold chain supply chain management system.
