Rural Food Safety Risk Assessment and Management Strategy Research

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s rural food industry,rural food safety issues are becoming increasingly prominent. Given the diversity and complexity of food safety risks,as wellas the limitations of the existing regulatory system's coverage, there is an urgent need to conduct scientific risk assssments and develop comprehensive management strategies.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the main risk sources of rural food safetyand proposes a comprehensive governance plan.It suggests strengthening source control, improving the legal and regulatory system, promoting social governance,and using big data and inteligent supervision technology to enhancethe scientific and efective supervisionofrural food safety,effectively ensuring the healthandsafetyof rural residents.
