Abstract: Food safety has emerged as acentral issue impacting public health and international trade In the context of increasingly interconnected global food supply chains and growing consumer demands for health safety. The precision and reliability of metrological control technologies directly determine the effectiveness of risk preventionand control as an invisible safeguard throughout the entire food production cycle.This paper systematically examines the practical applications of metrological control in food quality and safety testing through physical, chemical,and biological measurement technologiesandanalyzes the problems existing in the application procesand proposes corresponding solutions, with a view to promoting the effective application of metrological control in food quality and safety testing.
