Validation ofICP-MS Method forDetermination of Molybdenum in Food

Abstract: In this paper, the method of determining molybdenum content in food by inductively coupled plasma masspectrometry (ICP-MS) was verified acording to GB 5009.297—2023.The results showed that the method had agood linear relationship,and the detection limit,quantification limit,spike recovery rate and relative standard deviation of the method all met the relevant technical requirements of GB 5009.295—2023,verifying that the laboratory has the ability to detect the molybdenum content in food by ICP-MS.
