Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determining tin content in food based on microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Method: Microwave digestion was used to treat the sample, and nitric acid hydrogen peroxide was used as the digestion system. Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was used for detection under the optimal experimental conditions.Result: Tin showed a good linear relationship between 20.0~ 400.0μg⋅L-1 . The detection limit and quantification limit of the method were 0.07μg⋅L-1 and 0.24μg⋅L-1; respectively. The relative standard deviation of precision was 0.10% ,and the recovery rate was 95.02%~ 98.22% Actual sample testing showed that the method has good feasibility. Conclusion: Microwave digestion atomic fluorescence spectrometry is easy to operate, has high sensitivity, and accurate and reliable results, making it suitable for the determination of tin content in food.
