Abstract： With the rapid economic development， Xiaoshan district frequently undertakes some important international conferences，large-scale business activities，major sports events，etc.Food safety during major events is notonly the need to ensure the health ofparticipants，but also thebasis forthe smooth convening of the event， but also the need to reflect the style of the city.Xiaoshan district Market Supervision and Administration Bureau further improved the food safety supervision level of major events by strengthening the organization and leadership， establishing the supervision system，implementing the main responsibility，improving the food safety level， implementing risk management throughout the process，and paying equal attention to supervision， guidance and service.
