Research on Common Food Safety Risk Sources on Campus and Their Prevention and Control Countermeasures

Abstract: Campus food safety is crucial for ensuring the health of teachers and students and maintaining educationalorder.This paper focuses on the entire processof thecampus food supplychain,systematically combs the potential risks in key linkssuch as the procurement offood raw materials,the control ofthe processing process, the hygiene facilities of the canteen,the management of practitioners,and the food environmentaround the campus. Combined with the current situation of food safety management, targeted prevention and control countermeasures are proposed to provide a theoretical reference and practical path for improving the campus food safety governance system.
