Research on the Path of High Quality Development in the Food Processing Industry Promoted by Big Data

Abstract: With the continuous development of the market economy, the position of the food processing industry in the national economy is increasingly prominent. This article deeply explores the characteristics and unique application advantages ofbig dataanalyzes itsapplication path in the food procesing industry,covering intellient production and supply chain management, food safety and qualitycontrol,consumer behavior analysis and market positioning,etc.At the same time,inresponse to the problems and chalenges faced by bigdata in promoting highquality economic development in the food processing industry, corresponding optimization paths are proposed, including strengthening the construction of data integration and sharing mechanisms,enhancing data security and privacyprotection,increasing the training and introduction ofbig data talents,reducing thecostof big data applications,and promotingthe dep integrationofbig data withthe industrychain.Theaimis to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of the food processng industry.
