Analysis of Quality Problems and Control Strategies in Food MicrobialDetection

Abstract: Food microbial detection is an important technical means to ensure food safety, and the quality of its detection directly affects the accuracy and credibility of food hygiene and safety assessment.This paper systematically analyzes the existingquality problems in curent food microbial detection from four dimensions: personel,equipment,environment,and methods.Itis proposed to improve thedetection qualitythrough strategies such as strengthening personnel training, optimizing equipment management, standardizing environmental monitoring, and improving the detection process.
