Research on Strategies for Improving Testing Quality of Food Physical and Chemical Testing Technology

Abstract: The application of food physical and chemical inspection technology not only enhances the accuracy of inspection results and ensures the occupational safetyof inspectors,but also helps to strengthen the technical support for food safetysupervision. However, in the practical application of this technology, many problems are faced,suchaslagging inspecionstandards,insucient effctiveness oftheregulatorysystem,andthe needtomprove the professional quality of inspection personnel. Inview of this,this paper proposes asystematic strategy,aiming to build athree-dimensional improvement systemof “technology- management - talent,laying the foundation for the high-quality development offood physical and chemical inspection,and promoting the constructionof a food safety ecosystem at the same time.
