Study on Flavonoids in New Food Raw Material Rumex patientia L. Extracted by CO2 Supercritical Fluid

Abstract: This paper studies the efects of extraction pressure,temperature, time and ethanol volume fraction on the flavonoids extracted from leaf-eating grass by CO2 supercritical extraction, and on this basis, the optimal process is determined through orthogonal experiments.The results showed that theoptimal process for extracting flavonoid components from the new food raw material Rumex hanus L. is supercritical extraction with a pressure of 40MPa the extraction temperature is 50∘C ,the extraction time is 45min ,and the ethanol volume fraction is 75% .Under this condition, the average extraction amount of flavonoids was 43.87mg⋅g-1 ,which can provide a scientific basis and technical support for the efficient extraction of flavonoids from leaf-eating grass.
