Abstract： With the increasing attention paid to food safety issues，the demand for the application of rapid detection technology in the feldoffood testing continues to grow.This paper analyzes the key factors restricting the application effect ofrapid detection technology，and puts forward strategies to strengthen technological inovation， equipment maintenance，personnel training and environmentalcontrol， in order to effctively improve the application effciency of rapid detection technology and provide scientific support for food safety supervision.
