Abstract： Currently，the rapid detection technology for agricultural product quality and safety，as an important support for the modern agricultural quality supervision system， is gradually developing towards intelligence， integration，and networking. This article systematically reviews the commonly used rapid detection methods for pesticide residues，heavy metals，biotoxins，and other major detection fields，analyzes their practical applications in agricultural production，circulation，and market supervision，and explores optimization paths and development strategies.Theaimis toprovide theoreticalsupportandtechnical reference forbuildinganeffcient，intelligent，and traceable agricultural product quality supervision system.
