国企食堂食品安全管理对策研究
Research on Food Safety Management Countermeasures in State-Owned Enterprise Canteens

Abstract: Starting from the importance of food safety management in state-owned enterprise canteens, this paper analyzes the currnt problems in food procurement and storage, processing operations,personnel awareness and supervision mechanism,and puts forward countermeasures such as improving the procurement system, standardizing the processing process,strengthening safety education,and introducing digital supervision,in order to provide a theoretical reference and practical path for improving the food safety management level of state-owned enterprise canteens.
