Research on the Problems and Governance Measures of Rural Food Safety

Abstract： The issue of rural food safety is an important factor restricting the modernization process of agriculture and rural areas.This article starts from the perspective of the entire industry chain，systematically analyzes the safety hazards in five key links： planting and breeding， production and processing，storage and transportation，sales and consumption， and hosting banquets. It proposes to build a colaborative governance system of “government led enterprise participation social governance"，aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for strengthening the defense line of rural food safety and promoting urban-rural integration development.
