High-Throughput Detection of Common Additives in Pastries by EVA-DLLME-SFO Combined with HPLC Technology

Abstract: Objective: To establish an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of fouradditives in pastries byevaporation-asisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic droplets (EVA-DLLME-SFO) coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Method: Pastry samples were extracted using methanol aqueous solution (70:30,V/V) , then extracted by EVA-DLLME-SFO method,determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and quantified by external standard method. Result: The linear relationship of the four additives was good within the range of 0.25μg⋅mL-1 to 50.00μg⋅mL-1 .The detection limit of the method was 1.8mg⋅kg-1 to 6.0mg⋅kg-1 ,the quantification limit was 6.0mg.kg-1 to 20.0mg⋅kg-1 , the sample recovery rate was 88.54% to 98.85% ,and the relative standard deviation was (20 0.22% to 1.37% . Conclusion: This method is environmentally friendly and highly precise,and is suitable for the rapid detection of various additives in pastries.
