Abstract: This paper elaborates in detail on the concept and significant importance of the quality management system in the food industry,systematically analyzes the construction content of the quality management system,and deply explores the key points of quality control in criticalinks such as raw material procurement and production processes.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical guidance for food enterprises to establish a scientific and efficient quality management system,enhance thequalityand safety level offood,strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of the food industry.
