Abstract: This paper summarizes the core role of food testing in ensuring food safety, sorts out the problems existing intheurrenttestingprocess itermsof technology,standard,quipment,personel,andregulatoryand proposes improvement strategies such as promoting technological innovation and equipment upgrading, improving the food testing standard system,strengthening professional talent training and introduction,establishing and improving regulatory mechanisms and information sharing platforms.
