Research on Nutritional Needs and Dietary Guidance Strategies for Adolescents

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of the economy, people's material living standards have rapidly improved, while the physical health level of teenagers has shown a downward trend in recent years. During adolescence,there is a significant increase innutritional needs.Reasonable nutrient intake is notonly crucial for height growth and weight maintenance,but also closely related to cognitive development, immune function improvement,and reduced risk of chronic diseases in adulthood. However, influenced by fast food culture,high sugar and high-fat foods,and irregular eating habits,modern teenagers generally sufer from nutritional imbalances. This article aims to systematically review the nutritional needs of adolescents and propose dietary guidance and intervention measures,including dietary structure optimization, meal allocationand behavioral intervention,as well as trgeted measures for special groups,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the nutritional and health status of adolescents.
