Discussion on Hidden Dangers of Production Safety and Prevention Measures of Forest Food Enterprises in Hunan Province

Abstract： This article systematically analyzes the safety hazards existing in the production environment， equipment management， personnel operation，food safety and system construction of forest food enterprises in Hunan Province， deeply explores their causes and impacts，and proposes scientific and feasible prevention and control measures，aiming to effectively reduce the probability of accidents，improve the level of enterprise safety management， and promote the sustainable development of the forest food industry in Hunan province.
