Analysis of the Results of Proficiency Verification of Salmonella Detection in Infant Formula Organized by FAPAS

LIU Jing， ZHANG Man， GUO Yufan， QU Qianru （Shaanxi Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Research Institute， Xi'an 71O048， China） Abstract： In order to verify the laboratory's ability to detect Salmonella，we participated in the proficiency testingactivity for the detectionof Salmonell in infant formula organized byFAPAS.Combined with the FAPAS work instructions and GB 4789.4—2024，two proficiency testing samples numbered M302d072A and M302d072B were tested，and finallyM302do72Adidnot detect Salmonella，and M302do72Bdetected Salmonella，and the proficiency test results were evaluated as satisfactory.This studyis conducive to improving the level of laboratory testing.
