Influencing Factors and Improvement Strategies for the Quality of Food Sampling Work

Abstract: Starting from the practice of food sampling work,this paper systematically analyzes the potential risk factors n the development of sampling plan,object selection,personnel operation and procedure implementation,and puts forward the strategies of scientifically formulating sampling plan,optimizing the selection of sampling objects, improving the quality of sampling personnel,and strengthening the implementation and supervision of sampling procedure,aiming to provide theoretical reference for improving the scientificityand reliability of food sampling work.
