Problems and Optimization Countermeasures in the Quality Management of Food Safety Inspection and Testing

Abstract： Food safety is directly related to the public's health. To ensure food quality and safety， food inspection and testing institutions need to perform their own functions，continuously enhance the accuracy and reliability of inspection，and thereby reduce food safety risks.Based on this，this paper analyzes the importance of quality management in foodsafety inspectionand testing，focuses on discussng the problems existing inthequality management of food safety inspection and testing，and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures to improve the quality management level of food safety inspection and testing， with the expectation of providing reference for monitoring institutions and accelerating the sustained and healthy developmentoffood inspection work.
