Research on the High Quality Development Strategy of Catering Services in Public Hospital Cafeterias

Abstract： Currently， there are problems in the catering services of public hospital canteens， such as aging hardware facilities，low qualityand insufcient diversityof dishes，the need for improvement inservice levels，and poor cost control and operational management. Based on the current situation and existing problems of catering services in public hospital canteens，this article proposes strategies for the high-quality development of catering services in public hospital canteens from the aspects ofhardware facility upgrading，dish optimization，service quality improvement， cost control， and operational management.
