Exploration of the Application of Experiential Teaching Method in the Course of "Adolescent Social Work" in Vocational Schools

Abstract"Adolescent Social Work" is a core practical course for the social work program in Secondary vocational and technical school. There is a dilemma of disconnection between theory and practice in the teaching process.The innovative application of the experiential teaching method in the Adolescent Social Work course in Secondary vocationalandtechnicalschoolcan stimulate students'learning interest andinitiative,enhance their practicalskils and socialresponsibilityandcultivate their nnovativethinkingand practicalproblem-solvingabilities.Byemployingdiversified instructional strategies suchas scenario simulations,role-playing,andcasediscussion,the experiential teachingmethod immerses students inparticipatory leaming,enablingthem to integratetheorywithpractice.Consequently,itenhances classroom teaching effectiveness and strengthens students' ability to apply professional knowledge.
